Sacred Cacao Ceremony is one of the most common traditions for giving Gratitude and receiving Healing as well. Cacao is a potent facilitator to open the heart and connect with the freedom of our inner child. It helps us to release emotions and shift energetic stagnation. It has been used for centuries as a healing plant medicine for body, mind and spirit. On a physical level Cacao contains a high concentration of alkaloids, minerals and is a powerful antioxidant that creates positive endorphins for better feeling.
Our ethically sourced Cacao will be prepared vegan friendly, in a traditional method from Central America where Cacao was first used with sacred purpose. In Mayan and Aztec myth it was hailed as a gift from the divine to the human race. During the session we will honour the history and heritage of Cacao.
I would like to take you on a Magical journey with the vibrations of Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Music Sounds to access a deeply relaxed state with heightened inner awareness and my channelled voice. Sound Healing is another ancient practice that has benefits on the physical, mental and emotional levels to release the emotions. It is proven to take the mind and body into a calm and receptive state, likened to a deep meditation but also on a vibrant and powerful transformational experience with delicious Cacao drink.
